“Yukov and Partners” Law Office originated in 1991 when the USSR Ministry of Justice passed a decree setting up the first legal advice office - Inter-republican Bar №94 - to provide legal assistance for enterprises, including representation in court. The work of the lawyers and attorneys of “Yukov and Partners” (we mean representing clients’ interests in different kinds of economic disputes) started simultaneously with the creation of commercial (arbitrazh) courts system in Russia. “Yukov and Partners” was founded after the adoption of the “Law on Advocacy” in 2003. Now we are one of the leaders in the market of legal services in the Russian Federation. Our joint experience, large partnerships, consensus of activities, existence of patrons result in high quality legal services.

History

Andrey Yukov has experience of lawyer activity since 1996 (Inyurkollegy, Interrepublican Bar). Since 2003 Andrey Yukov was included into law firm "Yukov, Is lousy also partners" which organized together with several partners on the basis of the law "About Lawyer Activity and Legal Profession in the Russian Federation".

Alexander Ivanov since 2002 worked as the director of legal department of the RUSAL company, then since 2008 became the partner, the head of jurisprudence in the Line Is Right company. In 2009 joined "Yukov, Is Lousy Also Partners" collective.

Andrey Yukov's decision to leave the company in 2012 was supported by 26 colleagues who were a part of its new team – in partnership with Alexander Ivanov.

Today in Yukov and Partners board more than 40 high-class experts, including three partners work already.
